Our RCA approach combines many basic roof consulting functions into a complete program that ensures continuity of the project through its inception, specification, construction, and final closeout. We are there every step of the way to make sure the owner's roof investment is fully delivered.
Some of the basic roof consulting functions include our roof condition assessment, roof design and specification, drawing and detail preparation, and bid solicitation. Further, our project managment system delivers the following:
• Review of contract exhibits and verification of bid alternates and bid amounts
• Coordination and review of all pre-project certificates, licenses, etc.
• Review of warranty application
• Revew of contractor submittals
• Review of tapered insulation design
• Review of schedule of values
• Preconstruction and progress meetings
• Construction observation
• Photographic documentation of construction activities
• Field verification and processing of change orders
• Pay application review
• Final inspection of the completed installation
• Reinspection of all completed punchlist items
• Review and acceptance of all final closeout documents
Written daily reports, including a photographic log, are prepared and electronically delivered throughout the project . A Project Closeout Package is delivered upon project completion.
